HOMExperience enjoyed a delicious Guest Chef Cooking Class Thursday, July 17. Freddy Sanchez, Head Chef at Adobo Grill, treated the class to delicious dishes and of course, Adobo’s Famous Margaritas. The menu included the following treats:


 

¨       Guacamole

¨       Chayote salad with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, red onions and poblano vinaigrette

¨       Red snapper filet with a Veracruz salsa and Mexican Rice

¨       Perfectly ripe mangos in a mango sauce with blueberry coulis

¨       The Famous, Fresh Adobo Margarita
