To continue the fun and festivity this holiday season, we are launching the 12 Days of Estridge contest on our Facebook Fan Page. On each of the last 12 days of December, we'll be sharing special prizes from HOMExperience, our home decor and furnishing store at Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana, for you to add to your home.

The prizes get bigger and bigger every day, so play all 12 days! Plus, winners are finalists for the GRAND PRIZE! The Grand Prize Winner will be announced at an exciting event at HOMExperience on January 9th!

So, how can you be a winner of the 12 Days of Estridge?

Step 1:  Visit our Estridge Facebook Fan page to become a Fan and begin playing on 12/19. (if you already are a fan then skip this step)

Step 2:  Visit the 12 Days of Estridge Photo Gallery on the Estridge Facebook Fan page daily from 6:00pm-9:00pm between December 19th through December 30th and tag yourself in the photo of the day's prize.

Step 3:  Share the photo of the day's prize with your Facebook Friends and encourage them to become fans and play as well! The more who play; the more fun the contest is!  

Step 4: Winners will be chosen at random from those tagged in the day's photo (one per participant). Facebook Fan Page later that night or the following day to see if you won and play again! 

Step 5:  If you are one of our lucky daily winners, plan to be at HOMExperience in Clay Terrace on Saturday January 9th for the grand prize drawing! You could win ALL NEW FURNITURE FOR YOUR HOME FREE* from Estridge.

Step 6: Pick up your gift at HOMExperience in Clay Terrace during the event on January 9^th or before January 21st (Store Hours: Mon-Sat: 11am to 6pm, Sun: Noon to 5pm, (317) 669.8600). If you win Day 4 or 3, the first winner will have the choice of the item in the model or ordering the item from the Fully Furnished & Free Catalog. Your item will be delivered within 12 weeks. Winners of Day 2 or Day 1 will pick up their item from the Lincolnshire decorated model home after the replacement has arrived, within 12 weeks. You will be notified. Legal Terms and Conditions:
General: Your entry into The Estridge Companies 12 Days of Estridge Contest (the “Contest”) is subject to the Contest Rules, the following Legal Terms and Conditions, and all other guidelines, terms and conditions stated elsewhere on this site and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to all laws respecting intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy, pornography and defamation. By entering the Contest, you accept and agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and these Legal Terms and Conditions.  The Estridge Companies  shall be the administrator of the Contest and shall sometimes be referred to as the “Administrator”.

Contest Period:
The 12 Days of Estridge Contest begins at 6:00:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on December 19, 2009 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on December 30, 2009.  Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible for consideration.

All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries).  Limit: One prize per family or household.  The Estridge Companies is responsible only for prize delivery it is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.  Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.  Winners shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Estridge Companies its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, directors, offices, and employees from and against any liabilities arising from or regarding taxes owed on prizes.

Verification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes:  
Prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and return the completed form together with a properly completed IRS Form W-9.  Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if prize notification e-mail is undeliverable, if entrant does not respond to prize notification e-mail within 7 days after the date of the e-mail.  Winners agree to the use by The Estridge Companies of their name, address, likeness, images submitted and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. 

Eligibility:
In order to participate in the Contest, you must be a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited or restricted, including the States of Florida and New York.  Must be 18 years of age or older as of December 1, 2009 to enter.  Employees, officers and directors of The Estridge Companies and its affiliates and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.  Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Estridge Companies reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

IN ADDITION, WE HAVE NO DUTY TO UPDATE THE SITE OR THE CONTENTS THEREOF. In May, Estridge introduced three new home designs, including two main level master homes, to the Meridian Collection in many Estridge new home neighborhoods. Carmel, IN, Jan. 29, 09 – HOMExperience by Estridge, at Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana, has opened its doors after transforming into a design studio prominently highlighting Estridge Interiors custom design services and the Estridge Homes & Neighborhoods library and services.

Estridge Interiors, the custom interior design team at HOMExperience, has prominently taken its place at the heart of the HOMExperience décor store. Estridge Interiors offers customers complimentary interior design services from completely designing a home’s décor to completing a room with window treatments or a missing piece of furniture. HOMExperience, opened by The Estridge Companies in 2006, has offered custom interior design as an auxiliary service since the beginning of 2008, and presents a wide range of décor and furnishing lines – such as Kincaid, Rowe Fine Furniture, Pearson, Hooker Furniture, Timothy’s Fine Art, Surya Rugs and dozens of others.

The Estridge Interiors team is led by Tom Korecki, Senior Designer. Tom has designed the décor for Estridge model homes for over 12 years and has provided this service to HOMExperience customers for the past year. Of the transition, Korecki says, “The growth of our interior design services in 2008 led us in the direction of expanding Estridge Interiors to be the central source of services at HOMExperience. We are looking forward to providing greater design services to our HOMExperience customers and Estridge homeowners.”
