We'll also share the feedback from Woodland,O'Brien & Scott who surveys all Estridge homeowners at closing and beyond. Woodland,O'Brien & Scott is a third party research and management consulting company that specializes in new home builder customer satisfaction.

With this being our 5th relocation in 9 years, things have gone very smoothly. We planned to purchase a new home that was ready to move into. We are pleased overall and will refer Estridge to other relocating to area.

Dear Mr. Estridge,

My husband, Kyle, and I are getting ready to move in to our new Estridge home on December 22nd and couldn't be more excited. I wanted to take an opportunity to pass along our story to you, as I think it is always important to share positive feedback.

Kyle and I began our home search over two years ago. We were living in the Fishers area, in a ranch style home that we were rapidly growing out of. After looking for several months we settled on a Pulte home in a Meadowbrook Estates. We started to work through the process, and given the housing market conditions wanted to look in to a Guarantee Buy program. Shortly after working with the realtor we realized it wasn't going to work. We would be spending so much money out of pocket it wasn't even worth moving forward. Feeling pretty discouraged, we put our plans for a new home on hold.

Several months later we ran in to an old friend who lived in Somerset Woods. He suggested we check it out. He commented on how great the location was, and how happy his family was with their Estridge home. We liked the tree line and pond, and thought it would be worth our while to go talk to someone.

Here's where it gets good....first, we met Laura Turner. How can you not like this girl? She was fun and energetic and was really interested in helping us find the right home for us. We liked her instantly! We visited the 657 model at Anderson Hall, and Tisha was just as helpful...even though she knew our hope was to build with Laura in Anderson Hall. We loved the 657B...and decided to move forward.

Given that we had a home of our own to sell, we looked in to the SOEG program. It seemed too good to be true, and when we sat down with Michelle, Kurt, and Laura I assumed it would be the same as when we ran numbers with Pulte. However, this was a whole new ballgame! With your program, we knew that Estridge was willing to help us realize our dream of a new home. We signed the paper work and got to work getting our existing home on the market.

Our experience at the design center was wonderful! Janine and Josh helped us make our selections, offering support but never being pushy or trying to offer options that didn't work for us. We worked quickly to get our selections made so we could spend the holiday in our new home. We also had a good experience with Mike DeWitt as we worked to secure financing and determine the right options for us.

Next came Jason Deckard, and Jason Wilson, who were both incredibly patient and helpful while we asked question after question about the construction of our home.

One of the best parts of this story is that with the help of Kurt and his team, we sold our house in 31 days...and even made a little money on the sale of our house, which is great in today's market.

In the past several days we have spent a lot of time talking/emailing with Laura, Jason Wilson, April Sjoholm, Molly Johnson, and Mike DeWitt as we prepare to close. They have each been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive as we work through the last few details. Our experience has been a complete success, and I want to thank you and your team for all your hard work. I wish you and your family a safe a happy holiday! I know my family will enjoy the holidays in our new Estridge home.

Estridge did a wonderful job working with us when we had to change lots. I was physically sick at the thought of not getting to move into our new home, but they were so kind to consider my health reasons for needing a new lot. With no questions asked, they told us to pick a new lot. We truly expected to need a lawyer. Thank you for seeming us as people, and not just a dollar amount. In the end, we both won!

Overall, experience was excellent - especially considering that we were the first of a new concept. Some of the details of selections unique to Grandin Hall were not completely worked out, but we tried to remain flexible and everyone representing Estridge was accommodating and easy to deal with.

John and Shelby both deserve a huge thank you for a job well done. As the first 760B constructed, there were questions that arose during the building process. Both Shelby and John worked with us to quickly and satisfactorily resolve any issues. Shelby's approach to selling our home was exceptional. Never did we feel pressured or forced into a decision. Her quality-based approach to selling the Estridge product should be the benchmark for other sales associates to strive to reach. Her technical knowledgeable and friendly demeanor made this the best home buying experience of any of our previous three homes. I would definitely like to make sure that both Angela and Roger get all of the accolades that you cold possibly bestow upon them. Angela kept us informed and was excellent to work with, she did a fabulous job on our behalf. Roger also went above and beyond. He provided us with updates on a regular basis, and was extremely quick (as was Angela) as far as responding to questions and concerns. These two make our Estridge experience an excellent one, and we would have absolutely no problem referring others. Every time I had a question of an issue, Roger was right on top of it and I knew that I could count on a very quick and accurate response. He never failed. For all of their hard work and customer satisfaction, I certainly hope that they be commended. I spent over four years as a Customer Service Manager, so I think I know a little bit about customer service, and both of these people shine in that regard. They were fabulous to work for, and we knew that we could trust and count on them. I could go on and on, but since my fingers are getting tired of typing, I won't . . . Please be sure to tell them that we really, really appreciate all their hard work, and all that they did.

On HOMExperience Atmosphere: Very inviting, created a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

On Custom Features: We were extremely disappointed that tiling the bathroom floors in plain white or ecru tiles was not an allowed option when you clearly sold these tiles.

On Overall Experience: Overall very positive. Both Sunita and Josh were extremely helpful and not overbearing or pushy. We enjoyed working with both representatives.
